Meet David
Certified Life Coach with 40 years experience
Words are important, here are a few from my clients- "Down to earth, personable, reliable and professional." I will productively help you identify challenges, empower you to take them on, celebrate your victories, and help you become the best version of yourself in a smoothly flowing process tailored to you.
Intentional Change is not inevitable, neither is happiness. Both require focus to reach those ends and at times a guide! Cazo Compass is your guide by your side to help you meet your goals and rediscover happiness. That may be for life changes and goal setting, an existing job, career change, and retirement planning (non-financial). I am your guide, David Caso, a retired 30 year educator now focused solely on being your guide
I hold a B.S. in Psychology, a M.S. Ed. in Education, Certification in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), Certified Professional Coach, State University of New York Coach with Distinction. I have training and experience in crisis management, trauma, mediation and conflict resolution. Plus, I've completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher certification.
I work closely with all my clients in a non-judgmental manner to develop a personalized plan for growth.
